To be eligible to use this website, please read these Terms and Conditions. These state that by signing up, you are certifying you have read, understand and agree to comply with our terms and conditions.

The Freebie Booth reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change our terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing the number of friends you have to refer or adding more steps to confirm that you have a legitimate account. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. We can place you on hold for any reason . If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value. The last date that these terms have been updated is set below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Membership

(1) A user must have a valid email address.

(2) A user must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for inaccurate information.

(3) Users must be from the United States, Canada, to qualify for the shipment of their free gift or prize. Users outside the U.S and Canada can only receive paypal cash as their prize.

(4) Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts within a single referral-based site. All multiple accounts found to be fraudulent or which violate these Terms and Conditions will be placed on hold.

(a)Only one account is allowed per shipping address. We do this to ensure quality leads for our advertisers. Since we are 100% advertiser supported, we cannot afford to support multiple accounts at the same shipping address. If there is more than one user at a shipping address, we suggest that they share an account. All accounts which are found to contain shared shipping addresses will be placed on hold.

(b)Only one account is allowed per IP address. Any IP address with multiple accounts will be placed on hold immediately.

(c)False information will result in your account being placed on hold

(6) A single user may not have multiple accounts at more than one shipping address. For example, a user may not have an account at a street address and a P.O. Box.

(7) A user may not use another person's name or information to receive products from this website. For example, one person may not join the site for another person, or complete offers for another person's account.

(8) We will NOT ship products to members who use a P.O. BOX as their address.

(9) If a user is caught spamming their referral link, their account will be suspended indefinitely. Promote your link, but not in places where it is not allowed.

(10)Any user banned from Anything4Free.com, FreeiPodGuide.com, FreeLunchRoom.com, or ReferralSwapper.com, FreebieSociety.com or any other Freebie message board for any reason may be placed on hold after their account is reviewed.

(11)User has 6 months to complete the site. After which time the account will be deleted after contact has been made with the user.

(12)All users who use "temporary" or "disposable" email accounts will be placed on hold

2. Completion of Offers

(1) A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once. Completion of an offer more then once will result in your account going on hold.

(2) The Freebie Booth does not guarantee credit for any offer completion. Such instances may occur when the URL is changed, or when your computer settings do not allow cookies. For information about how to receive credit, please view http://www.freebiebooth.com

(3) The Freebie Booth is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit.

(4) Users are responsible for saving all confirmation emails received by affiliate companies. These emails might be needed in the case that manual credit for an offer needs to be given.

3. Orders

(1) A user may only receive credit for completing an offer once.

(2) Shipments are made on the 5^th of each month

(a) To get your gift on the 5^th, approval must be sent it by the 31^st of the previous month

(3) The Freebie Booth is not responsible for delays in reporting offer completion or failure to receive credit.

(4) The Freebie Booth is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or errors by the shipping companies.

(5) Anyone who exceeds $599.99 on our network will be required by Law to submit a W9 or W8 form.

(6) PayPal payments will only be sent to the email address of the user's Freebie Booth account and only to verified accounts. Please send a support ticket if you have any questions regarding this.
